How Rise Capital Works
Traditional property finance is vulnerable to sudden lender decisions and restrictive covenants. Rise Capital replaces that with 100% private investor capital — safeguarded in escrow and released in stages only when certified by independent monitoring surveyors.
No tenants, no property management, no contractor headaches. All Rise projects are delivered by third-party housebuilders under JCT contracts, overseen by professional project managers. You simply invest and receive structured, transparent updates.
Our model is built around real UK residential development. Whether you invest via DFSIM, Shariah, or Equity, you gain fixed returns or profit shares — all backed by tangible assets, secured with first charges, and protected by legal structures.
