Crypto Meets Property

Crypto Meets Bricks & Mortar: A Safer, Smarter Way to Put Your Crypto to Work

Launching This Quarter — Rise Capital’s New Crypto Investment Model

Why We Built This

Over the past decade, crypto assets have grown from niche alternatives to mainstream portfolios. But holding digital assets alone is no longer enough — many investors are now asking how to put their crypto to work in real-world, income-generating opportunities.

Traditional staking or DeFi platforms are often unregulated, vulnerable to hacks, and don’t offer real asset backing. Meanwhile, cashing out into fiat can trigger tax events, slippage, or force investors to exit at a market low.

That’s where Rise Capital comes in.

How It Works

We’ve combined blockchain infrastructure with real-world residential property development — giving you the best of both worlds.

1. Invest with Crypto or Stablecoins

You can contribute to our investment opportunities using BTC, ETH, USDC or USDT. We immediately convert into stablecoin to lock in your value.

2. Funds Are Deployed Into Real Property Projects

Your capital is used to fund residential developments across the UK — working with third-party housebuilders, project managers, and escrow providers.

3. Fixed Returns, Secured by Real Assets

You earn a fixed return (up to 10% p.a.) backed by a first legal charge over the property. Funds are only released via professional escrow linked to build milestones on a reimbursement basis.

4. Tokenised Liquidity (Optional)

Choose to receive a tokenised loan note that represents your investment — which may be tradable via regulated UK platforms (e.g., Archax, Tokeny, Securitize). This enables flexibility, transparency, and optional secondary liquidity.

Benefits to Crypto Investors

Real Asset Exposure – Invest in tangible UK property development
Fixed Yield – Escape crypto volatility with up to 10% p.a. fixed returns
Stability – We hedge crypto fluctuations by converting to stablecoins
Security – First charge over real estate + escrow + independent monitoring
Optional Liquidity – Trade your position via tokenised loan notes
Regulatory Alignment – Custody, conversion, and security fully structured for UK compliance

What Makes Rise Different?

We're not a DeFi protocol or a faceless yield farm. Rise Capital is a UK-based, property investment lending firm working with professional housebuilders to tackle the UK housing shortage — while giving investors meaningful access to secure, real-world returns.

We already support:
